Time management is something I have struggled with throughout college. Especially procrastination. There are so many time that I know the consequences and still wait till the last minute to do something and it is definitely something I need to get better at. It makes me feel worse too! Ive had bad anxiety for about 3 years now and I know procrastination just adds to trying to control my anxiety! After reading How to beat anxiety and The important habit of just starting I have a better understanding of why I procrastinate and how to beat it.
