Wikipedia Trail; From Vishnu to Slang

  • I got to vishnu through the class twitter page. I have always wondered about vishnu and for some reason this weekend it got brought up. So when I saw it, it caught my eye.

  • When I was reading through Vishnu on wikipedia it began to talk about the different positions the statues of Vishnu come in. One of them was a yoga sitting pose. Hinduism and these gods have a lot to do with yoga and yoga is important in many religions in the middle east and asia.

  • As I was reading about Yoga and religions I came across the muslim religion where they issued a Fatwa for any muslims trying to practice yoga. I had never heard of a fatwa before I started watching "Curb your Enthusiam" where this season there was a Fatwa against Larry David.

  • Fatwa can be used as slang and that is how Curb your Enthusiasm used it in there season. I thought it was crazy I had never heard it and I keep coming across it now that I have heard the word.

An introduction to me... Zack Ziegenhorn

Hello Everybody! My name is Zack Ziegenhorn, but most everyone I know calls me Zig for short. Its much easier to remember than Zack and MUCH easier to spell than Ziegenhorn. (lol) I am from Tulsa, OK and I am a senior Communication major. I went to Tulsa Union High School where I played baseball. I continued my baseball career for one year in college at Seminole State College but had to cut my baseball career short due to nagging injuries 😡. I came to OU in 2013 because I have been Sooner born and Sooner bred. I have been a huge OU fan my entire life and was so excited to get the opportunity to attend this University.                      Obviously I am a huge sports fan and love football, baseball, basketball, and golf. Reading Notes, English tales: Three Little Pigs

The three little pigs is one of the most famous tales I want to keep the beginning of the story the same " ill huff and ill puff and ill blow your house down" After the wolf gets to the third house I can change the story around the wolf gets tricked every time and I could change that around to where the wolf was doing so on purpose The wolf talks about different ways to get the last pig out. I could change the way he tries to get him out of the house.
